Enhance Your Strength and MMA Abilities
Having strength alone is not enough to excel in MMA. You must be able to produce strength quickly when required, hence this program is designed to boost your capacity to perform brief bursts of high-intensity physical activity.
Target the muscles in the back of your body, enhancing hip alignment, and boosting punching strength..
The program includes strength, face, and deload phases to strengthen your entire body.
To further promote exclusive power development, we provide a basic guideline for using accommodating resistance with bands at the end of the program.
